Please follow instructions below:

 

1. Go to following website: https://portal.office.com




2. Log in using your current password 



3. Approve the sign in request



4. Click on No to Stay Signed in? 


5. Click on your initials > Click View Account



6. Click on Change Password



7. Enter your old password, enter the new password and then confirm the new password.



8. The screen will return to your profile if your password has changed successfully. 


9. You can now try and log into Remote Desktop Client and it will let you through
