1. Go to https://stonburypims.freshdesk.com or click on the PIMS icon on your Desktop or your iPad/Phone



2. Click on New Support Ticket



3.  Fill out the form and press the submit button.


Requester (Your email address)Subject (A short heading)Type: Select type of issue from drop down menu
Team Colour: Select your Team Colour
Description: Enter a description of the issue giving as much detail as possible.
Attach a file: If you have a screenshot or a picture, you can attach this
Click on the Submit button



4.  This will take you to a page with a message: ‘Your ticket has been created.’
