To change the number when diverting your calls to your mobile or another extension
1. Dial 601
2. You will get the following prompt on your desk phone ‘Enter FWD Number’
3. Enter the number you would like to divert your calls to (Please note if it is a mobile number do not forget to dial 9 before the number)
