- When we process a leaver their mailbox is converted into a ‘share mailbox’, at this time we will then contact the users line manager by email regarding any redirection that needs applying to the mailbox or any direct mailbox access you need. We will also request the out of office you will want applying to their account in case of future contact from external organisations.
- If you need anyone adding to a leavers email account after this date you simply need to create a new support ticket and this can be completed for you (With the correct permissions).
- Once you no longer need/want access to a leaver’s mailbox, please log a support ticket and the redirect can be removed.
