1. Click on Tools > Audio Device Settings
2. Select PC Mic and Speakers as the audio device you want to use for audio calls. If the Speaker, Microphone and Ringer options are greyed out. This is because the Speakers & Microphone maybe disabled in Windows or the Laptop Device does not have an inbuilt Webcam or Microphone).
3. Click on Click on Tools > Video Device Settings
4. Select the HP Webcam or your default camera
