To search for company contacts please use the following instructions: -
1.Click on Phone 
or Contacts 
2. Click on Groups and Select Global Address List
3. Type the first 4 characters of the persons name you are searching for
4. Click on the name of the person - This will show the Job Title, Direct Dial number and a mobile number for that person.
